The place was very warm. The neighbors fought the whole 4 days we were there. There was no pool and the hot tub was very very dirty. Plus there was no key to get in and use it

Disappointing

Not as clean as I would have liked, and definately run down and dated. Cooking pans were still oily/grimey. One hot tub was closed and open one was not close to the condo with no lit path. Maybe a good value with three rooms but I wont be back.

In a great area - close to restaurants and has a bus stop right next to parking lot to get to slopes. Hot tub was in good condition and easy to walk to. Yes its a bit dated but beds were pretty comfy and had everything we needed for a great weekend skiing. The only thing is that the digital checkout instructions are different than the physical printed ones on site, which is confusing. However communication with host was good and was able to figure out proper check out instructions quickly. Would stay again

The location was perfect! The condo we stayed in was very run-down. Reached out to management about the condition and cleanliness; management explained it was water stains and that the condo was due a full remodeling later on. In my years in domestic housekeeping services, this was not close to clean. I should not be able to wipe food and coffee stains off the wall if it’s clean.

This place might be okay if they fix broken items and during winter. Be forewarned- there is no A/C!! Even with cool mountain nights, the temp inside was too hot to sleep comfortably. And if you open the window, you will be continuously woken up by noise at the bus stop right outside and traffic all night long. A couple of box fans were provided, but they were dusty so since we have dust, allergies, we could only use one which wasn’t enough. Same with the ceiling fans, the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom was incredibly dusty, so I could not use it. This is a basic cleaning item. Several things in the unit needed repair, including several burners on the stove that didn’t work, no screen in one bedroom window (which we desperately needed to open), and multiple lights and lamps that didn’t work. When I stripped the sheets off as requested before we checked out, I saw the zip on mattress cover in the primary bedroom had several stains. The sheets were also like sandpaper. Overall the place was really showing its age and had not been remodeled since it was built. I could have forgiven that if at least things were in proper working order, clean and there was air conditioning.
