We recently stayed for four nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the property was clean and comfortable. My room was well-appointed and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The only small issue I encountered was with housekeeping. My room was only fully cleaned once during my stay, and while the trash was emptied daily, the coffee supplies weren’t refilled. It wasn’t a major inconvenience, but something worth noting for future improvement. That said, these minor oversights didn’t take away from the overall positive experience, and I would be happy to stay here again. Continental breakfast was a great variety everyday!

The goods: The room was clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was on point! The room was nice and cool which made it comfortable. The less than great: Our keys stopped working more than once which was a few extra trips to the front desk that could have been avoided. Water pressure in the shower was not awesome hot water would come and go and the pool room was not clean, the water appeared murkey and just didnt feel right when my kids and I got in. There was some sediment on the bottom of the pool and visible mice droppings under the tables and towel cart. Im not upset with our stay because the room itself was alright. Was it worth $600 for 2 nights... no. Would I stay again? If they got the pool cleaned up yes.

We were placed on the 4th floor, and then told that the elevator would not work going down. We were not told this until after we were already in our room. Not fun with kids and multiple bags. Our pullout bed did not have bedding. When I attempted to call the desk to get some, I discovered that our phone did not work. When I went to the front desk, I was given sheets but no comforter, as they were out. Kids were cold and woke in the night, as a sheet was not sufficient. My total bill was $245 for an uncomfortable and disappointing stay.
