Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with electric range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), with a 1 car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 9 for this home.
