This super cool, newly remodeled home is walking distance to OSU campus and stumbling distance to Eskimo Joe's, Shortcakes, Sonic, and all the eating places you desire! The Homecoming parade route is only 10 steps away! The house features two private bedrooms, one shared bedroom, a pull out couch and two private bathrooms. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and a large outdoor patio area which is perfect for hosting your pregame festivities and graduation celebrations!

This home is set up to accommodate those looking for a clean, safe and inexpensive nights stay close to the OSU campus. The Pete Retreat comes equipped with the following:

- Two spacious bedrooms 
-One shared bedroom
-Two bathrooms 
-Laundry room
-Outdoor patio with a propane grill and a fire pit 
-Basic kitchen utensils
-Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cup pods.

Great Stay Moving Our Student From Out Of State

Great stay getting to know Stillwater while moving our freshman from out of state. The space was perfectly located, close to campus and everything Stillwater has to offer. Check-in was a breeze, and everything was as stated in the listing. Very comfortable beds, nice linens and quality towels and supplies. The backyard was a nice retreat and great for grilling. Our kids used the YMCA a couple blocks away daily and be sure to check out the area food places. We especially enjoyed Sprouts for our grocery needs. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay again!!! Thank you for providing a great home away from home.

The MidSouth

Stayed with a group of racers for the week/weekend for The MidSouth. Nice space to relax and prep. Back patio was nice. Big kitchen too. Good communication with host when I adjusted the length of my stay. Would recommend!

Pete Retreat is perfect

We can't say enough good things about Pete Retreat. It's location is ideal with short walk or drive to Eskimo Joes, Boone Pickens and other hot spots. The quality of the interior is exceptional, and the larger backyard gives the family a chance to spread out. We look forward to returning to this property on other visits to Stillwater.

Game Day Perfect

Pete’s retreat was the perfect weekend spot for the Bedlam game ! Less than a leisurely 15 minute walk to the stadium, restaurants(Eskimo Joes), convenience store etc. The house suited our 6 adults well with two bedrooms, two baths and also a set of bunk beds. Even though as SOONERS we didn’t have a lot to celebrate, we all got together that evening and had pizza and dessert at the house. Open kitchen, dining and living area is spacious and allowed plenty of room for friends to join us for the evening. Lots of room to entertain in the fenced back patio area as well. Owner was very responsive and checked on us several times even though there were no issues. Thanks again. Blessings, The Diacons

Perfect little house in the heart of OSU

The house is the perfect open concept home to spend time with family and friends and feel right at home. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do and everywhere we needed to be. We hosted breakfast for family in town and then grilled steak in the backyard for lunch. Cozy, clean and as cute as it can be. Rhett made sure we were able to check in early and made sure we were happy with our stay. Highly recommended!

First Time OSU!

We had a great visit for OSU freshman orientation. The house is adorable, beds were comfortable and and everything was very clean. Great location relative to campus. Only complaint (as mentioned by others) was the lack of window coverings in the living and dining room, as anyone could see straight in once it was dark outside. Overall, great, and would definitely stay again!
