Western 405 (new build)

Whether you're coming in to cheer on our Cowboys, visit family or attend one of the many events Stillwater has to offer, we'd love for you to come enjoy your stay with us. Centrally located in Cowboy Country, this new build is furnished with one king bed, one queen bed, & a pull-out queen sleeper. It's just a short drive from downtown, several eateries, & less than 2 miles from OSU campus.

Coming in with a larger group? The property next door to the west is also one of our short-term rentals.

Beautifully done new build that was very nice for an extended 2 week stay. Comfortable, and good amenities.The only reason it's not a 5 star review is location . . . the neighborhood is rather run down with what looks like a public housing project on the street. These 3 new builds look like urban renewal projects, which is good, but the surroundings are not nice. The back yard and outdoor deck furniture are nice but you are looking directly at the Stillwater recycling business. It's extremely noisy during the day with the trash trucks coming and going, and it kicks up an enormous amount of dust from the recycling business. That dust covers the back yard furniture daily, and covered our car in a layre of dust. The location is walkable to downtown but not terrible safe feeling given the surroundings, and trying to crosse Perkins Road is challenging with the traffic. This our take, it's not a safe feeling or attractive neighborhood of Stillwater, despite being brand new and really nice houses themselves.

This house is amazing! The minute you walk in, you are hit with an intoxicating new construction and a homey sandalwood scent! It was so clean and decorated so lovely! It was located so conveniently near Main Street and Campus. The hostess was amazing with communication, and made sure everything was perfect for us! We highly recommend this property for your next visit to Stillwater. We will definitely be back!!!

House is amazing!!! My son and I stayed for a week for OSU orientation and Cowboy Camp. Every detail in this house is well thought out and it is super clean. Amy is Perfection

This is the second time we have stayed in western 405. We love it! Amy sure knows how to make your stay inviting and comfy. She is the BEST at communicating and makes you feel like you have been friends for life. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The beds are extremely comfy and the black out shades make sure you have a wonderful night sleep. We will be coming back over and over the next 4 years. So sorry, not sorry, it will be booked all the time! ;)

Beautiful Home

This home was so clean & well decorated!! We had 5 people staying in this home. The beds were very comfy! Forget your toiletries, no worries they have you covered! Plenty of seating in the living room for all your guests, lots of throws, candles & even phone chargers in each bedroom, no matter what kind of device you have! You will not be lacking for comforts of home here! I would 100% stay in this home again!

Great place for family pit stop

Our family stayed for a few nights while traveling and touring OSU. This property gave us a great space to relax and recharge. This little home away from home is way better than staying in a hotel. It comes with lots of little “extras” that show this property owner really cares about their guests experience. Highly recommend any property by this owner.

Clean and cute

This was a perfect property to stay at. CLEAN!! Loved the layout. Property owners also provided a few toiletries and phone charges which I thought was a nice extra touch to the stay. Neighbors were quiet. We will be staying here again!

They thought of everything

Stayed at this rental while in town for a wedding. This rental is very cute and clean inside. The owners truly thought of everything - there were Iphone usb cables and bedside candles and amber lights in the bedroom instead of harsh white lights. Keurig had coffee options and cream provided in the fridge as well as bottled water. I loved the black master shower. Bed was super comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
