The Best!

The condo is gorgeous! Everything about it is first class. It is roomy, clean and well-equipped. They even provide beach towels. There are excellent restaurants nearby. No need to go into Key West for dinner with its noise and parking issues. I loved it. Only one issue - I wish the living room had better lighting for reading at night.

This property was better than we expected. The pictures were accurate but the atmosphere is hard to capture. The view from the porch was spectacular! We most enjoyed how spacious and quiet this property was. We would definitely book this unit again!

Beautiful Property

The unit was beautiful and comfortable - perfect for our family vacation. A easy drive to downtown Key West but tucked away from the craziness. Plenty of great food options less than a mile from the unit. The property manager was kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Spacious well appointed condo with ocean view balcony

We stayed with family for 5 nights. Great location on Stock Island with ocean view balcony, spacious unit. The furniture, bedding and bathroom amenities were great! We cooked many meals in the full kitchen, washed dishes and laundered clothes. Overall, we had a nice and relaxing stay.

An All Around Winner!

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay with our adult grandson and his girlfriend. Clean and well furnished, this rental offered total privacy and glorious views of the ocean. We enjoyed the pretty tropical grounds and the pool at the resort. The resort is also an easy drive from grocery shopping and very good restaurants, such as “The Docks,” and “Rustica.” Our family would definitely stay in this condo again for its comfort, surroundings and views. An all around winner as a choice for a stay near Key West!

Cockroaches

Our trip started off great. The landlord reached out before our arrival and check in was smooth. On our third night, we found two cockroaches in the kitchen. The landlord was available for contact the next morning and made an effort to correct the "isolated incident". The following night, we discovered several more cockroaches coming from the laundry and dishwasher. As this had escallated beyond an isolated incident, I brought it to the landlords attention again. The second time he was much less helpful towards addressing my concerns.

Annual Guys Fishing trip

The place was great except a few issues, one is the space advertises a washer but the one there has a taped note saying Do not use it doesn't work. We were there for six nights and needed to wash clothes after fishing. putting dirty fishing clothes in your suit case is not a pleasant option. The hot water in the shower has a limiter on the head that prevents the water from coming out anywhere from cold to lukewarm. the water in the kitchen was plenty hot. for what we paid you should get hot water. last thing is that they didn't spend too much on the mattresses the bed i slept on was basically a good piece of foam. fix these things and its a 5 star place to stay
