There were some issues with our room in the beginning. Mainly since it was Christmas time and regular staff was out on our checkin day. However, they accommodated all our requests the next day and made up for it.

Room was clean. Even though it’s a little bit from Duval st. There is a free shuttle. Kim is awesome. I’d stay there solely to have her shuttle us downtown.
