Posted Mar. 4, 2024 on HotelsIt rained while I was in town, and the hotel did not provide or sell umbrellas. Meanwhile, the arena next door was featuring events each night, which made parking complicated. The room was perfectly fine, thought the desktop showed signs of wear. The laundry room hadn't been cleaned in a long time and there was lint all over the floor. The hotel was okay, but I was hoping for better, and unfortunately the neighborhood is depressed and filled with homeless people in tents.

The air conditioning was horrible, it was stuffy and hot throughout the night

The homeless was noticeable. We walked to a restaurant close by (about 1/2 mile). I was a little concerned about safety. Dozens of spots cleaned up, but obviously previous campfires had burn the sidewalk.

Great Hotel in Downtown Stockton
Posted Feb. 24, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The rates are very attractive and we were extremely pleased once we arrived. Our third floor room had a nice water view of the delta. The fenced in parking directly across the street was clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of having on-site security. The bar and bistro was nice, clean and has great service. We will definitely stay again in the future.
