Hotel was in a great location close to main routes to Darlington and Middlesbrough. It was also close to Teeside Park which has an array of shops, a cinema and lots of eating options. The hotel was modern and clean with a good gym, check in was seamless and the staff were polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel. Very modern and stylish, Check in/out was easy and swift, Room amazing and in excellent condition. Staff all very professional and helpful. Great plentiful breakfast with lots of variety. The large balcony in the breakfast /sofa seating area is beautiful with views and very comfy. For the price I paid, I was impressed and would happily stay again.
