The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice to, room was spacious but the score of 3 stars was due to the tiny double bed which made a restful sleep impossible so putting a damper on our breakaway

The car park management company fined me despite me paying for parking. I appealed but got no response. I contacted the hotel and asked for the manager to call me.. they did not. A member of staff said that they had cancelled the fine, and that they would email me… they did not. The fine… £60 is £100 if not paid in 14 days… in addition my leasing company fine me £75 as an admin fee to process the fine. This place is simply not worth the effort and hassle.

For £60 a night the room was great with a large, clean bathroom and a double bed and sofa bed. The breakfast was included and had plenty of options (no fried eggs of that is a deal-breaker for anyone, just scrambled). There was even a gluten free section. Despite the hotel being extremely busy the staff were very polite
