Mountainside Resort has issued a do-not-drink water mandate due to high PFAS levels. Water is also available at the Mountainside office and pool area. Additionally, the owner has provided drinkable water in the unit. Water should only be used in instances where it is not being consumed.
Enjoy the best that Stowe, VT, has to offer with an unbeatable location. Youâll be right near shops, aprĂšs-ski, and dining while being directly next to the shuttle stop to the lifts. You can see the shuttle stop from the balcony, and can easily access it directly via the back stairway and across the lawn. Easily access the Stowe Recreation Path across the street behind Piecasso (about an 8-minute walk) for year-round fun, including nature walks, bird-watching, bike rides or cross-country skiing.
This cozy three-bedroom condo with an in-unit sauna sleeps 6â8, with two private queen rooms; one room with two twins, and a sofa bed. It includes a well-equipped kitchen (including a dedicated pizza oven for unbeatable late-night snacks), a spacious living area with a fireplace, and a large balcony with stunning mountain views. Whether you're unwinding after a day on the slopes or planning your next outdoor adventure, this condo provides the ideal retreat.
Enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub at the community center of The Mountainside Resort at Stowe, as well as a fitness center, tennis/basketball court, and laundry facilities available for your use. Weather permitting, the gazebo with charcoal grills and outdoor dining areas provide the perfect setting for a relaxing evening under the stars.
To access the slopes via the free shuttle, catch the âDarkside/uphillâ shuttle (stop code 2574438) in front of the Blue Donkey Bar (the pale yellow building right next door that you can see from the balcony). Itâs a 400-foot walk to the stop from the condo via the back stairs. Check the Route 108 bus schedule to verify for your dates, but in general the free shuttle runs every 15 minutes, and the ride is 10 minutes to Spruce Peak base and 15 minutes to Mansfield base.
Things to Know
Starting Friday, December 20, 2024, due to necessary repairs to the retaining wall, the parking lot for Buildings F and G will be closed during the winter months. We anticipate the repair work to be completed by Fall/Winter 2025. As a safety precaution cars are not being allowed to park in F and G lot. Please note that the retaining wall is for support of the parking lot and does not affect the condominium structure.
Alternative Parking Arrangements:
To accommodate you during this time, there are designated over 20 parking spots in the following areas:
* Tennis court driveway
* Across from the office and check-in area
* For added convenience, a stairway has been constructed from the tennis court driveway leading directly to the entrances of Buildings F and G.
We regret any disruption this may cause, if you have any questions or need assistance with the new parking arrangements, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Mountainside Resort office located on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Ski shuttle details: Mountain shuttle picks up and drops off at the resort office.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
