The hotel is very clean and newly as well. Is in a very central location. You can walk everywhere. We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was always very quite at night time. The bed was very comfy and the room was very very clean with all the essentials, water and soap as well as blackout curtains. The only reason why I'm giving a 4 ⭐ Review is because of the very strong sewer smell in the reception area, and I do understand is an old city and it didn't bother me but it is worth mentioning. The room didn't have a bad smell at all and got clean everyday. Service was awesome.

Superb, cool & classy hotel.

Superb, cool & classy hotel, large snazzy rooms, very comfy bed, fridge with freebies, tea making facilities, impressive breakfast. Not far from railway station and very close to all Strasbourg tourist sites, we will be staying again. Cannot wait.

My room is big, clean and cozy. Walking distance to central train station. Many options for dining. Near by a couple department stores for shopping. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast buffet gave me good idea what to buy for souvenirs. Acess to 2 big elevators . I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you

Great location

Nice, modern hotel. Great central location and very friendly helpful staff. Only downside was a very firm mattress, but thats such a personal preference that its hard to blame the hotel for it.

Wonderful hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Nice amenities and quiet. Great location; close to main train station, a tram stop, and the walkable old city with plenty of food and drink. The hotel also has bar with a good selection and comfortable seating. Best were the luggage lockers available to guests!
