Great location and very helpful staff! I arrived early and they let me put my bags in storage. The room was fully stocked and very spacious. The property overall could use some renovations but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Walkable from the train station and into the city centre. Facilities in my room were excellent, I found the microwave especially useful. Breakfast was basic and good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bad experience

It is a very dirty and dusty room. I stayed 6 days no clean bedding and the room wasn’t clean. I have to book an extra day make 7 before my room was clean. Poor service and the atmosphere is gross.

You can walk from the central station, with easy access. And please remember The hotel has a minimum of amenities not good for long stays.

Awesome staff

The staff at City Residence Strasbourg was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. Room was clean and spacious and glad that it had a kitchenette. Location was within a 10-minute walk to the train station and five minutes to Place des Halles for all my grocery needs. Thank you again.

We found this accommodation very useful. Very easy to walk to the Christmas markets. Friendly shop opposite to get snacks and drinks for the apartment. The kitchen was very useful indeed as we have a 5 month old and needed the kettle and microwave to wash and Sterilise his bottles.

A simple accommodation facility 13-15 min walk from the center and train station of Strasbourg. Cleaning maybe once every few days. The room has a stove, fridge, dishes, kettle, tea and instant coffee. The rooms are rather tired. Sometimes it can be noisy as the rooms are not soundproofed.
