The check in was awesome with Emile attending giving us the full scoop of the area, where to park, how to easily access the Tram and where to get off for the Christmas Market. Great location to the train station in order to easily go to and from the Christmas markets. Room was very comfortable except the lights require a keycard to turn on/off. Great idea except when I wanted to stay behind to shower while my husband went down for breakfast and took the keycard. I ended up having to wait for his return.

The buffet breakfast was sub par and WAY overpriced for what you got. For what we paid a complimentary coffee would have been good but they would not allow. The hotel location was not great either. We have to Uber and train more that 20 minutes to get to activities. Staff was ok. Had NO idea how to make a drink....

Great hotel! For those driving to the Christmas markets this hotel is next to tram stop/ parking lot which is 3 stops away from the markets. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless and clean, and the staff were very nice. However, the shower had a poor design — the door was very inconvenient, and after taking a shower you practically had to mop the entire bathroom floor. Kudos to the designer and the inspector.

Staff was amazing since our arrival, rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to everything. The tram takes you to the Downtown area and to the Train station. The breakfast buffet is a must.

We stayed 6 years ago here at the hotel and loved everything about it. From the staff to the room, cleanliness and how convenient it is to get to the city center. So this time in 2025, we were coming to Strasbourg and we booked immediately with Origami again! We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff again so friendly and the room super clean and so quiet. Everything like the first time when we stayed here. Amazing! We will stay here Again and again !
