It was a good stay close to were we needed to be. Should probably update site that the pool is closed it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Also the lady who was dealing with the breakfast today 9/15 was beyond rude. I get it that it ends at 9 but there were people still trying to get some stuff that were in the room before 9 and she just shut everything down and said oh well ends at 9 but turned the juice on for an employee then told customer who was waiting behind employee oh well it closed. Then she proceeded to shut the lights off when there was about 10 people trying to finish there breakfast. Super rude and shouldn’t be involved with dealing with people

Older property, well kept and updated. Pleasant staff. Didn't like the fact they insisted on putting a hold on my credit card (removed on check out) insisting it was corporate policy. Other Quality properties we stayed at on the same trip did not do this. Breakfast was typical but staffer in breakfast area was always on top of things. Cleaning guest spills and restocking hot and cold items so the selection was always ready as guests arrived to eat.

Breakfast was pretty good for a smaller hotel chain. I was pleasantly surprised. Property should be listed as having no pool or exercise room. Both have been obviously turned into storage.

Tooo much noise we stayed on the first my dad has Alzheimer’s and we requested a room on the first floor, but the people above us made too much noise. So we decided to cut our trip short and go home a day early.

Booked this hotel over others to have use of the pool. Upon arrival found that the pool was closed. The sign said for maintenance but found out it has been closed for a long time.
