Nice hotel…great location
Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HotelsThis is a really nice hotel across the road from the RSC. The hotel is charming and one of the best in the city. That being said it is getting a bit older and should benefit from some refurbishment. Service during breakfast was a bit slow but much better in the afternoon. Food is good.

We have stayed here in the past and been very happy. This time it was a very disappointing experience all around. The property is now very tired (which we could put up with) but also not very clean and the food hugely disappointing. We will definitely look for alternative accommodation and meal options on our next visit.

Not as good as before.
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsHotel is lovely, staff are friendly and keen to help. Rooms are spacious and there are some nice touches, like fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast on this stay was poor. Service was very slow, items were not available, coffee and tea were very weak. We have visited before and this was nothing like previous experiences. We had a pre theatre dinner which was excellent.
