Not bad but needs a good spruce up. There was a bath mat covering a burn in the carpet next to the bed and the ceiling of the shower was moldy and dirty.

We loved this place. The room was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was a refrigerator. The breakfast was great, as was the staff. The carpet was pretty worn on the stairs and halls, but everything else was in pretty good shape. We did have to park in the NCP parking lot a few blocks away, but that was no problem. And the location was wonderful-- for most of the Shakespeare activities, for the market, for the theater, and for great restaurants and stores. We would stay there again.

Good location

Staff very helpful, great location and comfy bed. Only area of improvement would be the en-suite, floor tiles cracked and unstable in places. Room still functional though.

Comfy bed, staff great, but carpet on the stairs is a safety hazard and should be replaced. Love the décor, but it's not very clean and a bit tired. Good position though.

Lack of car parking and no lift to upper floors caused significant inconvenience as did the change of breakfast serving times without notice. The stair carpet was so frayed as to be highly dangerous. Conveniently positioned for the theatre and the restaurants of Sheep Street. Comfortable bed, good bed linen and towels, decent shower, but our room was in total darkness due to a broken Roman blind which we managed to partially raise ourselves using lengths of twine. Reporting this on check in it remained in attended throughout our three night stay.

Place was cute but quite old. The flooring in the room was uneven and though there was an AC it was too hot for the summer. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Happy we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, no proper vegan options and but a lot good food nearby. Parking is quite difficult in this area, there is a lot but it’s laid and has a bunch of restrictions for timings. All the rooms are different in the hotel, but the bar downstairs is really cute.
