Cool walking path to the lake, private property, dock. Outside lights A short drive to Sugarloaf Ski Resort and other outside destinations. Trail access for snowmobiles and ATV's. Plenty of parking. Grocery store and beach 1 mile. Trail's End Steak House 1 mile. 2 bedrooms downstairs and a loft with 2 twin beds. Snowmobile, ATV & kayak or canoe from the property. Games, corn hole, volleyball, bad mitten, ladder ball, croquet. The garage has a 58-inch tv, refrigerator & dining table. It is a great set up for a football game, cards & other entertainment. Plenty of room for snowmobile or Atv trailers
