Located on the Village Common, this lodge-style building offers spectacular condominium living for families and their friends. Guests and owners can ice skate on the Common pond, stroll over to Village shops and restaurants, or hit the slopes! A convenient private shuttle picks up at the heated garage and can transport the entire family. A heated patio allows year-round use of the swimming pool, outdoor sauna, and hot tubs.

Generous living areas with plenty of seating for guests are enhanced by interior details reflective of the lodge inspiration. Gas fireplaces warm each home in the winter and air-conditioning cools things down on warm summer nights. For longer stays, each home offers a washer and dryer. Separate owner storage and guest locker rooms are ideal for mountain gear storage.

Enjoyed the condo very much. Unfortunately weather was not all that cooperative but we spent a lot of family time indoors playing games and crafting with the grandkids. Unit was very comfortable and host accommodating.

Positives- great location, plenty of room.Negatives- someone randomly parked in one of the two designated heated garage spots for 5 days. Host said there was nothing he could do about that. This was a major inconvenience. When we asked for a partial refund he said - why should I be punished because some guy decided to be an a-hole. Not a very supportive host.

Nice Location, Good Layout, Tired Condo

This is a well-located but tired condo. In particular, the carpet needs a thorough cleaning or replacement.Everything worked and the bedrooms and bathrooms first rate.It was nice to be close to the base lodge, but not right in the middle of the noise. Adithya was very accommodating.

Place was as advertised. Great location. Quick walk to Village and lifts. Stratton is a great mountain. Check-out is at 11 on the dot! I know that's what it said so I'm not complaining just noting for future guests. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect spacious apartment a quick walk to the slopes

My family spent a long weekend at Adithya's 4BR condo at Rising Bear and will absolutely be booking it again next year. It was exactly as described, had plenty of space, lots to do, thoughtful touches (hooks! benches! great wifi! throw blankets! tons of towels!) and the property manager, Chris, was always around and happy to answer questions or help out. The Rising Bear lodge is extremely convenient to the village, base lodge, and ski school. Our kiddos are 6 and 8 and had no problem making the walk in ski boots multiple times a day. While it costs a bit more to be walking distance to the slopes it's absolutely worth it to stay in one of the Stratton lodges like Rising Bear. The indoor heated parking (tall enough for our VW Atlas plus roof box) and ski lockers are the icing on the cake. Thanks for a great trip!

Convenient and comfortable

Unit was true to the listing. Extended family stayed for a long weekend over President's week. The unit was clean and comfortable for 5 adults and 3 kids (albeit a bit dated). The location was great and conveniently located near main street and the slopes.

entry instructions

the location and condition of the condo were fantastic. the accommodations and amenities were great. however there was no information on how to contact the agent/owner. the instructions on how to enter the unit were missing one very critical piece of information. we had to go to the Stratton Welcome Center to pick up the key cards. there was no mention of that. we were instructed to use a lockbox which was inoperable. if we did not run into a tenant, we would never have known how to or be able get in. when we arrived at the welcome center it was closed and the other couple directed us to an adjacent hotel to get the keys there.

Awesome spot for families

We visited Stratton and enjoyed our stay at Adithya's very large condo. We would 100% stay here again—in fact my kids all requested that we stay here again next ski trip! The kids got to enjoy their ski vacation with their grandparents and we all had plenty of room. Adithya was very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns while we were there. Only downside of the location is if the elevator goes out there is no service elevator, which may be something to be aware of if you are not physically able to take the stairs.

Great condo in a convenient location.

Stayed at this condo with 2 other couples for our annual ski trip. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the village & lifts. Very nicely decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. The owner is very responsive to any questions or issues. Heated underground parking is a huge plus as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo at Stratton Mountain

Our family had a great time. Condo is short walk to the village and to ski lifts. Well equipped to cook and close walk to the village. We had great conditions and snow for skiing, snowshoeing and sledding.

Great home for a relaxing ski week!

This was our first time skiing Stratton. Our two families had plenty of room to spread out for playing games, watching movies, cooking and sleeping. The building access makes it very easy to go back and forth from the condo to the village, lodge and slopes. The unit was very clean and well equipped (including reliable WiFi). Would look to book this unit again next year!
