The room was clean and organized well. The staff was very personable. The breakfast was great. To have water and coffee available all of the time is very appreciated. We were there for funeral and had a lot of hang up clothes. We could have used more places to hang clothes. Maybe hooks on the wall and back of bathroom door. We would stay there again.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, delicious complimentary breakfast ( I really enjoyed their bold coffee) convenient location- close to malls, restaurants, points of interest ( snow tubing, skiing areas). We didn’t have a chance to use their pool but it looked clean and well maintained. On the afternoon they made cookies for the guests which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely come back.

the room was very clean, the pool area was clean as well- but the breakfast was horrible and the chairs were all peeling off.. better than the place i actually booked and had to check out because i couldn’t sleep there.. but this place showed me to get rest due to the cleanliness of the property

Overall good experience. One thing that should be better is a schedule of cleaning service. It is normal that customers want to sleep till 8 a.m, but room cleaning service starts at 6 and will not clean your room if they were near the room at the time. So you need to wait next day. I wish they will follow best practices and return to the room following hours of the same day.

While we loved the hotel & breakfast there were 2 rooms 4am-5am talking, yelling in the hallway. The cops came and were trying to resolve issues in the hallway. While you rely on a hotel for a good nights sleep and this is beyond the hotels control, the hotel could have made some resolution for it in the morning upon complaints. But all they said was sorry. We won’t return because the hospital is across the street. We don’t know if people are brought over from the hospital to stay at the hotel. But upon looking into the negative reviews seems like there are other incidents at this hotel at 4am. We had a long drive the next day and work.
