Room was cold and heat did not work. Staff offered me another room where it was also cold. TV was on and there was no remote to turn it off spent very uncomfortable night. Too tired to continue complaining. Will definitely not recommend this hotel.

We had to ask for clean towels after our first night. It's not an automatic thing as it is at other hotels. You do not get any housekeeping services unless you ask. Housekeeping was right outside our room, but no service. Otherwise, the front desk staff were very nice.
