Checked out early, and was given a receipt for the days I actually stayed at the hotel, but my credit card bill showed that I was charged the full original nights I booked for. Have not received an adjustment even after I contacted the hotel. I still have not received a response from the hotel.

Price-value on par

Staff is very eager to pleaae. Property is 'daily clean', but it needs a good detailing. Marble floors are dull, brass and chrome could be much better, Areas with low foot traffic seem neglected. Back of house areas have debris, old furnishings, need help. It seems the hotel may be struggeling with the slow tourism revival after Covid.
