Un GPS est nécessaire pour se retrouver dans cet hôtel défraichi Bel emplacement en bordure d'un lac mais sans aménagement à la hauteur

Thank you for your feedback. Our hotel is located behind a couple of properties. There is not too much we can do about the height as the town has zoning bylaws prohibiting the building to be above 3 stories.

Aging wedding factory: disappointing

The bed was confortable and the room clean enough. But this hotel is showing ware: run down mini golf and worn out common areas. It is a party factory (there were two weddings and a high school reunion on the night we stayed. They cater to 3 weddings at a time some weekends) and the wedding party our room was next to was very obnoxious. The pool had no clean towels and its water was very cold. The other amenities were certainly not as good as on the pictures: sad exercise room or game room tucked in what would be otherwise a bedroom each, no fire in the fireplaces... Even the lake was disappointing for the geese had covered its beach with guano. I regret having spent so much money for such a bad night sleep!

I am so please to hear that the bed was comfortable and the room was good for you. However I am truly sorry about the other issues you had encounter during your stay I will go ahead and take care of these issues right away.

The property did not look like the photos, amenities need to be updated there was no balcony or patio attached to our deluxe room, as pictured on the booking website. Disappointed in the lack of food in house which was stated would be available, it was stated when booking breakfast would be available from 8-11 at an additional cost, we had to leave the hotel which was disappointing. Also stated was a snack /deli this location had only vending machines. The pool temperature was not comfortable, nor was there a hot tub as described on the amenities on the booking site. Unfortunately our family will not be returning for a stay at this location.

No the same as it used to be.

Not clean. Found items left behind by orher guests...things just barely under the bed and in the couch cushions (including whipped cream cartridge which no doubt was used for recreational use), left over toiletries in the shower. Very musty smelling. Water leaks in shower and near the ac/heat unit. No working phone in the room but maintenance was very quick to fix it so that was appreciated. The grounds were horrible. Trees down across walkways, construction materisls laid in piles in the grass, outside of building covered in green. We really looked for the good in the place (had our wedding there 10+ years ago and it was dated then but well kept and charming), but it was hard to find something. We had no pillows on the pull out sofa, asked for some and were told they had none. Eventually, staff decided to go into a vacant room and gave us those. Restaurant/ breakfast no longer open... theres a coffe machine tucked away in the lobby but no coffee to be found. We didn't ask for some because at that point, we were just over it. I really hope the owners put money into upgrades and upkeep because this place could be great again.
