The hotel was more like a dorm, than a hotel.there is no front desk, or hotel staff to assist with your needs. you enter by a kiosk and go to your room. there is a very small lobby where the breakfast is available in the morning .there is a person at the desk from 2 to 4.
the rooms are very plan, no picture4s on the walls, and the shower ,has no door. Only a 1/2 partition.
Room and property were very clean.
If you just need a place to sleep, its a good deal.

Great concept - lack of team interaction/c servic
Posted Jun. 25, 2019 on HotelsA good place to stay (although too hot in summer as ther is no air conditioning in room); concept of taking a lunch is brilliant. Expect varying levels of service - during the week the staff is better trained and you get better service. On weekends the team can be unpunctual, disorganised and lack e.g. provision of towels. There are definitely less guests on the weekend. Beds for single rooms are big enough for double occupation. Just make sure you order extra towels. We have been here a second time - but - had to learn that head office doesn't even bother to respond to legitimate complaints! Sad ... As the overall concept of the hotel is good.
