A cosy and central apartment right in the city centre. In less than 10 minutes you are in the Königsstraße, the central shopping street of Stuttgart, at the main station, in the cinema or theatre. Cultural facilities are nearby as well as the trendy district with hip bars and clubs. Here you really live in the heart of Stuttgart.

According to the regulations in Stuttgart (misappropriation), I am looking for tenants for 6 months or longer, for this purpose I provide a legal registration.
