Good location and a decent hotel, fix elevator

With all the money this hotel makes, FIX THE DARN ELEVATOR! Makes no sense for people to be waiting 15-20 min. Also get a safe in the room that is practical. Setting the combo is rather interesting. Just use digits like every other hotel in the world. Hire people that want to work there.

Good Modern Hotel

Good Hotel Overall, The room was nice and modern, with a great shower (water pressure). The only real let down for me was the adjoining door to the room next to me, i could literally hear everything going on in there and also the in room safe was very old and confusing to use (had to get maintenance to attend to get it open and set a code). Bar area in the main lobby/ foyer was great and staff were more than helpful when requiring anything.

Okay hotel, great staff, horrible WiFi. Construction has been ongoing for years. It's mostly done, but the elevators were a nightmare during my most recent trip.

I reserved 3 room and did a wrong timing schedule after 1 hour later the reservation,i tried to cancel it because there was 10 days until to wrong schedule.but they refused to refund it.so if you wanna stay that hotel you must know that the money is more important then their customer graditute.try not to do any mistake at that property your mistake can serious lost in that property.

Half Booking cancelled without any notice

We booked 2 hotel rooms under 1 booking. We were told that 1 of the room has been cancelled. It was late checkin and we had no other option to stay. They were full due to some event in Stuttgart. I shared the room with my colleague which was very uncomfortable for both of us. We were tired after a long flight and meetings then st reception it was almost an hour without any solutions. Breakfast was like a cafe , few seats, very limited food. Not happy at all.
