Big Room and Small Service
Publié le 22 août 2023 sur HotelsThe room was nice and clean and bathroom and shower were spacious good. Maid service was disappointing. I don't think we got clean towels for the day or two after we had used up the towels. (We had a 3 night stay). The guy at the front desk told me he was going to get clean towels to me. Just give him 10 minutes. He never showed up.

I appreciate the kind staff. Anything we needed the front desk was on it. Lovely atmosphere and the rooms was more than i expected. Was clean and neat. Thank you for your hospitality and service Brentwood.

Good place for a cheap price!

At first, I was a little skeptical because the outside gave me the old motel feel but when I opened the door I was surprised. The room was updated, no carpet on the floors. The only thing I didn't like was that the bed covering was wrinkled and did not fit the bed, but that's just me being critical. In a pinch, I would stay there again. Also, the hotel lady was nice; she told me her name, but I can't remember it.

The room was spacious. We had to ask for towels. The bathroom was nicely done, but had soap scum in the shower stall. No chairs in the room.
