Extremely friendly and helpful staff, superb breakfast, dining was excellent and moderate pricing location is very convenient to major bus stop
Two museums located a few hundred yards away
Convenient shopping and bank, other restaurant and bars, all within easy walking distance
Single room is small but very modern

The Michel Hotel is a nice family and business hotel. We felt really home and warm welcome. Thank you also for the amazing Birthday Party for my dad, your hospitality was amazing, the coffee and cake selection inspired everyone and the buffet and the ice fountain was mind blowing. Our gasts will hold this event in the heart for ever!

Decent hotel, bad internet experience

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Internet access, one of the worst I have experienced
Location: Right downtown , easy walking distance to everything in the downtown area
Nice hotel downtown Suhl.
Rooms are clean and staff is nice.
The only, but big downside for me was the close to non exciting internet.
For someone traveling 110-130 days per jaar, internet is a priority.
Sad to say it was not just bad , it was horrible
Hopefully they can do something about it.

Nette Mitarbeiter*innen. Guter Service am Empfang.
Zustand der Zimmer in Ordnung
Das Zimmer und das Bad sind ganz nahe an unbeschreiblich. Das Zimmer war sehr, wirklich sehr klein. Im Bad stiess ich bei jeder Drehung an irgendeinem Gegenstand.
Wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bekommt, ist völlig rätselhaft.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Komplettrenovierung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Parkplatz, der zum Hotel gehört ist leider kostenpflichtig

gutes Frühstück, jedoch Rezeption beim Einchecken 19 Uhr zunächst nicht besetzt, sehr schmales Bett, vorausbezahlter Zimmerpreis wurde fast nochmal auf die Rechnung gesetzt

Super Lage im Zentrum
