Dirtiest hotel in sukabumi

I booked this hotel twice before and this time the third was shocking, the rooms are very dirty, every surface from floors to counter tops were dirty, dust everywhere, staff not very accommodating. Not very good if you have dust allergies. Also your allocated only one pillow per room extra so if you and your partner require extra pillows for comfort you will need to bring your own pillow. Breakfast is very limited and everything is cold . We will never come here again and it's a shame as location is good so next time we will choose the horizon hotel. Had some lovely photographs of the room but will not open the upload part of photos to show how convenient for the hotel

Avoid this place, better hotels in Sukabumi

Check in was OK, but when got to room there was no balcony, so changed rooms to one with balcony which was half the size and dirty.. no porter's so after a 4 hour drive from Jakarta had to take my bags to room then after changing rooms had to lift a 30kg bag up two flights of stairs not good with back injury as no lift , staff are totally inexperienced and rude. Had issues with room safe daily and have to wait for staff to come from off site to fix daily, Room was dirty even after cleaning. Asked for two spoons one night for us to eat food in the end had to throw food away and still waiting for the spoons. Breakfast staff also not welcoming and inexperienced. Only the security staff pleasant and friendly. Will not stay here again as will be a frequent visitor to Sukabumi.. On checking out had to wait ten minutes for housekeeping to confirm we hadn't done any damage, bit of an insult considering the room was old, dirty and smelly. Tried uploading photos but will not open the window to do so..

Great Hotel. Well come again.

The stay was pleasant. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. TV cable was ok. Free breakfast was great. Good omelets and pancake/waffles and very good selection of foods to choose from. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Hotel ordinaries!

Having booked for breakfast to be inclusive, we were charged. Quite difficult to communicate as staff English was poor or none. Availability of beer and wine was poor. Food service could be very slow. Upon leaving early, we had arranged a driver. But the hotel staff left him to sleep in the car park, while we had to arrange another driver ion a hurry.

宿泊者に対する保険も加入しておらず、しかたなく個人の保険を使うために必要書類を請求したが、スタッフが全く世界の保険状況、減価償却、経費に対する認識の教育を受けておらず、かえってあざ笑う始末。自分の勉強を恥とも思わず、ホテルの規則に従うように要求する姿勢には辟易した。
