The Space:

The spacious great room includes a chef's kitchen perfect for preparing a meal while watching boats sail by. The beautiful living space is the optimal space to curl up with a book while listening to the waves crash. Through the sliding doors you will find the extra large balcony with a dining table made for al fresco dining, a large fire pit with ample seating and lounge chairs to bask under the California sun.



The main floor offers a primary bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bath and work station. A guest bedroom with a king bed and a separate guest bath are also located on this level.



Because of where this property is perched in Summerland, the lower level also offers sweeping views from the media room and oversized patio with a hot tub perfect for relaxing in and soaking up the rays. There is also a kitchenette and 3 guest bedrooms located on the lower level giving you ample room on both floors. The garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table/Air Hockey/Ping Pong combo giving you the opportunity to enjoy every corner of this magnificent home.
