Thee tv wasn't working; the maintenance came in and changed the box. then the fan was extremely noisy and did not cut out; the maintenance guy came in the second time to repair that. It took about 30 minutes after for the fan to cut our after the repair. We were offered another room, but my husband who is limited in his mobility was already in bed and did not want to get up and move things.

We stayed there last night. Our fridge was leaking, there was no cable box in the room to watch TV. It was so very hot in the room, no AC and the windows had no screens on them. We were staying with a small child, and 2 dogs. That felt very unsafe to us, but we needed the air to sleep due to the heat.

What a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the gift basket and bottle of wine for our honeymoon. This was such a nice touch and made our stay even more special. Breakfast was 10/10 and had lots of options. Great place to stay!

Clean room , comfy bed, they started vacuuming the hall way at 8am slamming tje head of the vacuum on my door and walls , woke me up , couldnt go back to sleep .very annoying. Will not be back .

At check in, I was told that cleaning services are provided every three days but we can request them anytime. I requested that we have them each day. When we went to our room, there was no hand soap and only 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper. I was unable to get ahold of the front desk with the phone in the room. I went to the front desk and asked that someone clean our room the following day/stock the TP and soap. Again, no one came so I had to go back to the front desk. The one positive is that the beds are very comfortable.
