Everything was very clean and new. The kids loved the pool. Bring your own pool towels if you can the ones provided are tiny. Plenty of free parking.Free hot breakfast in the morning was nice.

Had a great experience at the Microtel Inn, great staff. Near center of Summerside so short drives to all the local restaurants and benches, 35 minutes from Cavendish near all the popular locations. Overall a nice Hotel to stay at, cozy rooms!

Our room was spacious, clean and new! It has a kitchenette, fridge and dishwasher! Paula at the front desk was amazing, super helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel and Summerside!

The hotel is attached to Credit Union Place & hotel guests have access to the amazing huge lane pool, waterside, leisure swim, kiddie pool, hottub and sauna! Our room was comfortable & good AC unit. Bathroom was lacking towel racks & hooks. Nowhere to dry towels and/or bathing suits. Buffet breakfast ran out of food our first morning there, which was disappointing. I'd stay again though & would recommend.

This is on me, I didn’t know the hotel is a pet friendly facility. I did not like to be around to many dogs of all sizes, especially while eating at the restaurant. Also, Elevators are quite small to fit people with pets, especially if one’s afraid of dogs.

Paula at the front desk was excellent! We stayed for two nights and anytime we were coming or going, she was always checking in on us. The $20 fee for a playpen was a little high, most hotels are $0 and if they do charge it’s typically $10. The food was decent, small menu. Drink menu was also decent however multiple top liquor brands were missing, for our entire stay. Grey goose, rose, ect. Breakfast was okay, limited options. Would like to see scrambled eggs and bacon.

Need a better way for seniors to walk from hotel side to the casino without going outside i tried i when we were there in the rink out into a lobby out of there and down some stairs thanks for a lady who had been thru there any way not fun for 80 yrear olds
