Welcome to Echo Landing 41. This alpine ski-in/ski-out townhome is located in Sun Peak's coveted East Village. Nestled between the Orient & Morrisey chairlifts & the 15th fairway of BC's highest elevated golf course, it is only steps away from the Nordic, snowshoe, hiking & mountain bike trails. Enjoy this contemporary vacation home with breathtaking views and easy access to the village for entertainment, dining, spa, shopping & activities.

The Space:

Welcome to this, 1565 sq. ft. corner lot, three level townhome!

Upon arrival, a large covered entrance greets you with exclusive in-floor heating (found throughout the home), a large storage closet and access to the heated garage. The car garage offers secure storage for one vehicle and all your snow, bike and golf equipment. Additional parking is available in front of the home, along with visitor parking.

The spacious, thoughtfully designed, open concept main level is perfect for entertaining your family and friends! The main level features hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, and expansive windows throughout. The kitchen, which is open to both the dining and living rooms, has custom wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances (with ice & water dispensers), and a large island with seating built for four. The dining area seats eight. A convenient powder room and patio, with a 6 seater hot tub with a basket of towels, and bbq, are also located on this level. Relax and take in the breathtaking views of Tod and Morrisey Mountains from the custom sofa with a memory foam, queen-size pullout bed.

On the top level you will find three bedrooms which feature 100% cotton linens and down alternative comforters & pillows to promote a comfortable stay. The master bedroom offers unobstructed mountain views of both mountains, a king-size bed, private ensuite with double vanity, flatscreen television and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and views of the golf course while the third bedroom has a twin over double-bunk bed with a television. You will also find a large main bathroom with a bathtub and full-sized washer & dryer on this level.

Please note: this is a non-smoking home. There is an exterior garage security camera (video is not recorded).

Brilliant stay!

This property exceeded all expectations! Flawless check-in, great communication with owners (Jason), and the home was spotless. The kitchen, bedrooms, and flex space were all well appointed and had everything you could want for a family. I'd give it 7 stars if I could and already working on dates for our next ski trip visit!

The property exceeded our expectations for style, utility, and it's ability to accommodate 3 adult couples. We cooked "in" most nights and the kitchen was very well equipped for our group of 60+ aged skiers.

This property is exactly as shown. The kitchen is very well appointed. The hot tub was very welcome at the end of the ski day and was clean and full. I would definitely stay here again. The host were very response any questions we had.

Beautiful condo with everything you need for a great stay!

We loved this condo - perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy skiing and everything Sun Peaks has to offer. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. One big plus is the parking spot and garage - highly unusual for a ski condo with plenty of room for all your gear. Would love to come back.

Loved our stay in Sun Peaks!

Townhouse was perfect for our family, plenty of room for all of us and very comfortable. Hot tub was key after a day of skiing. Ski in ski out was great and easy to figure out. The walk to the village was a little longer then we thought but totally doable. There is also a shuttle service if needed. We had a great vacation. and would definitely come back.

Sun Peaks stay, family of 5

We had such an awesome week at Sun Peaks. Kids loved it and the place was perfect for our family of 5! Better equipped than our own home we were so relieved everything was there when one of our bags didn’t show up. I am a stickler for comfy beds and they were so comfy the kids said it helped them fall asleep right away :) Jason was very responsive to questions but we hardly had any since everything was so well set up. Thank you for a great place - even better than described!

We loved this beautiful, modern, spacious townhome

What a beautiful townhome! Spacious, clean, modern decor, large garage for our SUV bikes and gear, and only a few minutes to bike to the lift. Kitchen is well stocked, open feeling and lots of seating between the counter bar and the table. The hot tub was well maintained and the perfect way to end the day. The only problem was I wanted to stay longer!

Great property

This property was a great find, we were new to ski in- ski out option. Highly recommended - this has nothing to do with the property but the shuttle runs approx 1 per hour ... so you need to ski in/out to avoid having to wait otherwise a car is advisable. We had groceries delivered to self cater as access to the village is limited to shuttle timetable or walking which is approx 20 mins.

What did we love about our stay 
- there’s a nice long easy ski run that takes you right to the house - it’s an outside unit so the hot tub is private- it’s an end unit so very quiet - the village is about a 20 min walk or you can take a shuttle - the village is underwhelming and just busy - easy access to two ski lifts - comes with all the little things that you appreciate in the kitchen and don’t buy spices they’ve got tons:) - they were extremely quick to reply when we had questions

Echo Landing

We had a very nice stay in Sun Peaks at Echo landing. The unit was clean and well stocked for our two families with kids. The kids loved having the hot tub outside to use and it wasn't facing the road so they had more privacy. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only feedback I would give is replacing a toilet seat in the guest bathroom. One of the toilet seats was installed crooked and it was difficult for my kids to sit on it. But we would definitely recommend this unit and stay again without a doubt. Thank you Jason and Kathy!

Great place for family ski weekend

Booked this condo for our annual Sun Peaks ski weekend with our daughter's family. Plenty of room for four adults and three kids aged 5 to 10. Easy ski in / ski out. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.
