Room too small for 2 pax. Do not provide any basic items. I came from Seoul and stay at Ramada Dongdaemun. At lease the Seoul hotel provided body cream especially during this period. Will not recommend friends on this hotel at Busan.

Waiting for lift in the morning between 7am to 10 am due high human traffic checking out even the hotel had 4 lifts, operating as it had 25 floors with the top floor is the cafe for BF.

Overall good check in experience. Staff is polite. Rooms are slightly small but its understandable due to close proximity to Busan KTX station and subway station, less than 10 mins walk from exit. Elevators could be faster, especially if hotel is crowded with tourists.

Close to Busan Station so near to pick up location if booking a tour. We liked the breakfast, just make sure to go early or avoid the first hour because it tends to get super crowded for tour group. Overall, nice location to stay in Busan.

We booked a triple room for a week stay. The room itself was in an okay condition, there was general wear and tear but mostly it was fine. The wait for the elevators was a bit slow considering there are four of them. Laundry room was handy with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Location was pretty convenient with very close proximity to Busan Station.
