The Island Home - great for a large family or 2 families
This 3 bedroom property sleeps a maximum of 8 making it ideal for a large family or even for 2 families to enjoy together. The main bedroom has an ensuite and a queen size bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed with the third bedroom having a tri-bunk which has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top as well as an extra single bed. A second living space has been created with a tv and couch, making it the perfect room for all the kids. Free wifi is available.
Spilt system heating and cooling in the main area keeps you comfortable all year round. Relax outside on the spacious deck and enjoy a summer BBQ whilst watching the kids play in the fully fenced back yard or even bring your furry friend as pets are welcome (outside only, by application and conditions apply).
There is plenty of space for cars within the yard and free wifi is also available.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

We were very happy with our Stayz property!! We loved the location and convenience of the location. It was comfortable for two families. We are definitely coming back to this property and will recommend it to our family and friends looking to stay at Philip Island.
Lovely clean property, with great yard for the puppy. Good location for driving to places over the island and beyond. The only thing that would make the location better is a cafe within walking distance!
Location of property in relation to the Grand Prix circuit was very convenient as traveling to and from over 3 days. Overall property was pleasant and well equipped however, it would have been nice to not have to clean the outdoor setting before using.
The house was as described, but the extra little things like the board game and things around the houses to keep the kids out of your hair,very good info pack and much more made the stay that bit more relaxing. This was our first stay that wasn't a hotel and will be using the service again.
Property was clean, spacious and great for our family. We loved the extras such as complimentary tea and cofee as well as puzzles and movies to keep us entertained. Location is central to the islandâs attractions. Highly recommended.
