Property very old and not updated at all. Shower was pathetic and never staff around

The room was dated but clean. The only issue I had was that the shower didn't spray well or have pressure. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Awful!

Unfortunately upon checking in it was a terrible experience. The room had a foam mattress, no lighting, duct tape on the chair. The atmosphere was so awful I didn’t even end up staying. The staff and everyone around did not make me feel safe. When asking for a full refund they told me they would only refund me one night and not both that I was originally booked in for. I would think that given the disgusting experience and me not staying there at all you would refund me the full amount. This place is likely equivalent to a meth camp!

We do not see any record of you stayed at our place but I assume that your husband was here.We would love to help your husband if he talked to us rather than just leave here without telling us. As he did not even return the room key, we didn't think he checked out. We use Sealy mattress and goose-down duvets so we could have explained him. And we are located at the heart of Sundre and we are renowned as friendly and kind staff who are local and have been with us for years.But we still issued a refund for the second night although we did not have to according to the policy as your husband checked out the next morning by actually returning the room key on the second day.If there's next time, we will try even harder to meet your expectations. Thank you again for taking your precious time to write a review for us.
