Booked a family room deluxe for 4 pax. TV channels can’t scan although the staff came to check it.
As for the bathroom, the shower head broke and the staff need to tie it with a string, the bedroom aircond can’t adjust the swing too.
And for the bed, my family and I got bitten by bedbugs. It’s been 4 days and the bites are still very itchy.

Room and toilet is clean. Fair for the price. Only things is when breakfast, we still saw a lipstick mark on a cup.

Close to main road, if possible need lift, so if elderly or you carry heavy luggage, help you going upstairs comfortably

Pour : Clean & comfortable
Contre : Breakfast only has toast & nasi lemak bungkus. Could have more variety like fruits, juice and other servings.
Nice hotel. As I was traveling for work, I like the bright lighting & desk to do my work on laptop. Very convenient.
