Located on the vast shores of the Lake of the Ozarks in Sunrise Beach, MO. Perfect for boating, fishing, golfing and shopping. Our home has amazing views and is only 15 min from Osage Beach, golf coarse, bars and restaurants.
The house includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and your own huge (brand new) deck!! The house has its own private dock for swimming , parking boats or just relaxing. Captain Rons, Paradise, and Frank and Louies are all just minutes away.
This is truly the place for a wonderful Lake of the Ozarks Holiday!!!

This was the perfect location for a get away. The directions in were a little confusing but once there everything was great. We actually spent more time at the house than planned because we were enjoying it so much! Best stocked rental I’ve ever stayed at and air conditioner that could keep up with the MO summer. Host was great communicator on anything that arose. Could not recommend more!

A few issues

Gorgeous property with lots of space. Our family had a good time overall, however we did have a few issues. 1) We were expected to take our trash 15 miles down the road and pay to have it taken. The trash cans out front were completely full when we arrived. This was very frustrating when we have littles. It was not pleasant to load trash in the back of our car. (We did not find out this detail until a few days before our arrival). 2) One of the beds broke the first night just simply by one adult sitting on it. Although the manager said they would try to fix it, it was not fixed during our 4 night stay. Overall it was a nice house and beautiful property, but there were a few hiccups.

Fall Fun

A weekend fall fun family getaway. House was comfy cozy for two families. Home had great views both inside and outside. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Everything we needed, including beautiful weather. We took our own boat and enjoyed the lake and distance to a few lakeside restaurants. Owner was quick to answer questions. Highly recommended this property.

The house was beautiful and just as expected. Check in/out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay. A few unexpected rules that weren't listed as part of the initial listing. It all worked out great and our group had a great time.

Good overall

I was disappointed that towels were not provided for this level of home. I use VRBO frequently and had never experienced that and didn’t know until a few days prior to stay. Expecting us to pay to dispose of trash is also a little much at this cost of home. The house was nice and provided a lot of seating.

Great location! Beautiful house!

We had a fantastic time at the lake house! The house itself was even better than we expected. We had a small group but it would be perfect for a larger family/group as well. It's located about 5 or 6 minutes from a large grocery store and maybe 8 or 9 minutes from a fantastic marina at Pirate's Point. There is also a dollar store and a couple gas stations within that area as well. The dock is where we spent most of our time and it was exactly what we were looking for. A large dock with a large swim dock on the side. There is an area on the swim dock that's roughly 26ft X 10ft that gets sun all day in july when it's not cloudy. The rest of the dock provides plenty of shade around the two boat slips. The dock also had a lot of space between the two neighboring docks for lots of room to swim and fish. The neighbors on both sides were extremely friendly as well. You do need to bring bath towels and maybe a couple camping chairs for down on the dock but otherwise this lake house had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much every kind of utensil and cookware you'd need to make a meal. I definitely recommend this lake house!

First experience with VRBO

We had 3 different families staying in the house with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The master bed and bunks were comfy but the other beds could be a little higher quality. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for meals. It was nice to have the washer and dryer to wash some clothes so we didn't have to pack too much. The kids brought their poles and spent most of the time fishing and swimming off the dock. This house is on the main channel but it's the quieter end of the lake so it wasn't too rough. Bring your floaties. Remeber to bring all your own towels since there aren't any. This was our first experience with a rental vacation home and I was very pleased with everything.
