Great views of the lake and pool from the screened in porch. Large 1800+ sq feet penthouse beautifully decorated and well appointed just 15 minutes from the Strip. Great location in a large cove at the 11 MM across the lake from Lodge of the Four Seasons by water. Newer condo complex (just 3 buildings) with elevator and shared pool. Beautifully updated and well appointed with granite countertops, backsplash, furniture, carpet, 50" HDTV, lighting and much more.

Everything you need is already here....kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, linens, washer, dryer, TV's in every room including large flat screen in living room and on the porch, gas grill, patio table and chairs on the porch. BBQ on the porch while watching the game virtually 30' from the water. Boat launch across the street.
Convenience store within walking distance!
NO NEED TO TAKE ANY STEPS TO THE CONDO, PARKING LOT, POOL OR THE DOCK WITH THE CONVENIENT ELEVATOR.

The unit was nice and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked (plates, pots, pans, etc). Beds were comfortable. The unit has a great view of the coves and main channel. Our family had a great vacation here.

We really liked the location. But, the gas grill was empty and we had to go fill it. Then it was so dirty that we thought it would catch on fire. Also, the people at the pool were very angry and rude.

Bikefest lodging

9 of us stayed there for bike fest and we all loved it. It was close enough to the strip and activities for easy commute, but yet far enough away to be able to get away and enjoy the quiet. We loved the deck and spent alot of time out there for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening

A perfect condo

This condo is laid out perfectly with bed to bath ratio. There is plenty of space and an amazing view. The elevator was not working when we first arrived which made unloading difficult with a special needs child. But the host was very responsive and resolved the problem quickly. Our stay was perfect. The only negative is all of the can and can nots. No towels are provided and basic supplies are limited; hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc. we had to purchase our own soap in some cases. Overall we had a wonder Stay in a wonderful condo and wonderful location.

Beautiful condo

My 5 sisters and spouses stayed in this condo for 4 nights and it was just as nice as the pictures suggested. The kitchen, dining, and living room were open concept with plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax. The 4 bedrooms (you enter the one upstairs thru a closet) were spacious and nicely furnished. There are plenty of restaurants around, but we did cook evening meals there and had everything we needed - including a propane gas grill on the screened porch. And the screened porch! Oh my! It was wonderful to spend evenings out there without getting eaten by mosquitoes. It even had a tv! The only downside is the lack of parking - not the fault of the host but an issue nonetheless. We carpooled from my sister’s place about 10 minutes away but on Saturday there was not ONE empty space to be found! Overall, this condo deserves it’s stellar rating, and we would book again.

Lake House

Great place!

We had our annual family girl's trip here. We loved it. Very nicely decorated. Very spacious. Large screened in deck was a popular spot to sit and visit. Would def book again!

Had a very nice stay

Condo was very nice with enough room for our large group. We spent most of our time at the pool, beings we had 4 children with us, ages 2 to 5. The pool area was nice and clean, and had great pool chairs. Was nice to be able to see the pool from the balcony. Screened in balcony was also very pleasant, and we used it often. Our only couple of downfalls were the pillows
.but easily fixed by bringing your own. The location for us wasn’t the best. Seemed far away from any activity or places to grab some quick dinner. The grandkids had so much fun
.they were so sad to have it end!

Construction & Parking

The only negative to the whole deal is the amount of growth and construction around the property as well as it looks like poor planning on the amount of parking spaces available for the number of units. It was on Memorial Day weekend that I stayed, so just maybe there were more cars than usual. Otherwise, nice property.
