Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Failure to follow this policy may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. No Smoking or Vaping Policy – Interior & Exterior This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks, patios, and the dock. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged to return the property to a clean, safe condition. Any additional damages or lingering odors caused by smoking or vaping will result in further charges. All reviews from violating guests will be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance with house rules. Quiet Hours Policy: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM This property observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful lakefront setting. Please help us be good community members by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours, including music, outdoor gatherings, and loud conversations. Violations of this policy will be handled as follows: First offense: You will receive one verbal warning via phone call or message. Continued noise after the warning will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. If a member of our team or local authorities is required to visit the property due to unanswered or unacknowledged contact attempts, a $200 noise complaint fee will be charged to your account. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the quality of the guest experience and maintain respectful relationships with our community.
No Parties or Unregistered Guests Policy This property has a strict no party and no unregistered guest policy. Gatherings, events, or additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are not permitted under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund, and all guests will be required to vacate the property immediately. In addition: The reservation holder will be held financially responsible for all interior and exterior damages, including but not limited to furniture, flooring, walls, landscaping, and property contents. A cleaning and damage fee will be assessed based on the severity of the incident. All reviews will be disqualified and reported for non-compliance with house rules. Liability Waiver & Guest Responsibility Policy By booking and staying at this property, all guests agree to use the home and its amenities at their own risk. Points forts : Propreté
The property has everything you could want. It was clean, spacious and beautiful views. The Management Company that is handling this property was not versed on how to manage the VRBO site or provide documentation, arrival and departure information. Multiple phone calls and additional funds requested the day before arriving set the tone for the trip over a holiday. One of the owners showed up on site which was the only thing that saved the trip. They were able to assist us with the poor/wrong information that we received after requesting it three times. All in all - great place, views, has everything you need close to Margaritaville only by boat. Owners awesome.
