Boasting a lovely elevated position which captures the cooling ocean breezes, this beautifully appointed apartment is located within a 350 metre stroll of Sunrise Beach

The beachside location combined with the quality features of the home align perfectly to create a relaxing and memorable family holiday. The property is also pet-friendly so you don't have to leave your beloved pooch behind whilst on holidays.
There is an abundance of outdoor living areas including the front deck taking in the glorious hinterland vista and the rear deck overlooking the pool. So, whatever time of day it is, there is always an excellent option for enjoying the best of outdoor living.
Internally, the home is quite spacious with plenty of natural light creating a relaxing ambience. There are living areas on both levels of the home allowing adequate space for guests to utilise.
The home comprises of 3 bedrooms (main is air-conditioned), 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry room. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. You can also fire up the BBQ on the front deck with a sundowner, as an ideal way to end a spectacular day in the Noosa region.
Car parking is easy with 2 off-street parking bays. The property is quiet, peaceful and has all the necessary components to guarantee a truly relaxing stay. Ocean breezes keep the home cool during summer and the private sparkling pool provides plenty of family fun.

Beautiful property and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. So close to the beach and a very short drive to great fishing spots and Noosa Heads. Upstair master has an air conditioning unit. The other 2 bed rooms are fan only.

This is such a wonderful place to stay - spotlessly clean, well equipped, thoughtfully decorated. Everything you need is there - from tea and coffee in the kitchen, to books and games, to linens and bedding. The apartment is a short walk from an amazing beach. Jason is helpful and communicates quickly with all the information needed.

Great holiday

We had a lovely stay. There were 5 of us plus our chihuahua. The place had plenty of space and areas for us to be together, but also apart if needed.The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool. We spent a lot of time in there. It was private and had a holiday vibe.The beach was beautiful, but unfortunately the closest beach was not dog friendly, so we had to drive 5min to the dog friendly one.There is a washer and dryer which was handy, coffee pods and tea (nice added feature), and extras that you need on holiday but don't think about (sugar, flour, glad wrap etc).

Sorry but flies were a real problem due to lack of fly screens on some windows. No aircon that would have been nice when there was no breeze.

Lovely getaway

A few days away and the pool was great for the kids to jump in and out whenever they pleased! The area was quiet 
 maybe a bit too quiet 
 the local cafe was shut while we were there so we had to drive for food and drink. Overall a lovely stay!!

Great host, great place

Brilliant set up for a holiday. Jason was easy and lovely to communicate with. Beautiful property with quick access to a beautiful and relaxed part of the Sunshine Coast. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I rented the property for a short break. Also travelling with my nan, two kids and our French Bulldog. Home was very spacious for all of us. Peaceful location, walking distance to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely visit again.

Great family holiday stay

Jason’s place was a comfortable, clean, 2 story townhouse. My family of 5 humans and 1 dog enjoyed the short 4 minute walk to the coffee shop and beach every morning. In the afternoon we chilled on the balcony or in the refreshing pool before heading out in the car to drive all of 4 minutes to get to some great restaurants. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Great spot for all the family

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Loved that it was a short walk to the patrolled beach and the dog off leash beach. We grabbed morning coffees at the conveniently located Beach Chalet on our way to walk our dog. Kids loved the pool, and everyone had loads of space. In the very clean and well appointed unit. We also walked up to Sunshine Beach (about 15mins) to a great selection of cafes and restaurants. I love a holiday where you can leave the car in the garage!
