The staff after checking were rude and disrespectful. They even came to do a cabin check at 8:30 at night. I am a single mother travelling with a small child and our dog was not in the cabin as they thought and indeed in our campervan as we stated. The intrusion was not apologised for and the lady on the phone was rude and not at all understanding. I did not hide the dog and I made a booking online as the place said it was pet friendly. I booked a cabin for myself and my child and my pet stayed in our self contained van. I was very disappointed and instead of booking a further night we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

The Cabin was clean and tidy however the front doors lock was broken when we arrived and they didn't fix it until the next day after I told Reception. Staff could be friendlier as I felt unwelcome

A comfortable, clean cabin. We had a DB one backing on a pond — very quiet. Close to beach, SLSC, fenced play park … I enjoyed a dip in the pool and thought the coffee and pizza vans were a great addition.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for 2 out of the 3 days we were there and the oven in our cabin was broken. Management were very nice and came to check, got it working then it stopped again. They bought up an air fryer for us to use. By then dinner was 1.5 hours late and everyone was grumpy. The photo of the beach on Expedia is a bit misleading as we thought the campground was closer to the beach than it actually was. Also, the playground in the cqmpground is for quite little kids-so our jods were not interested in it. Otherwise we liked the cabin, it was a good size. Our bed was comfortable but our kids say their beds were not comfortable and were noisy as they were covered with thick plastic for hygiene sake. Kids beds were not made up on arrival as we would have expected. We were really impressed with how quiet it was at night, how families respected the quiet times of the campground.
