PET FRIENDLY - Ideal Home away from home for couples or small family groups. No extra charges for linen, pet fees etc. Smart TV, NBN internet via wi-fi is available and is included in the Tariff.
Billy’s Beach Retreat is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the beautiful beaches and explore the Sunshine Coast, Hinterland Villages & the various local markets. It is about 400m (5mins) walk to the beach and about 10mins walk to restaurants, shops and Coolum Surf Club
The home is well appointed and comfortable with the kitchen and living area recently renovated.There is a large patio area off the living room with an adjustable folding arm awning. Alternatively, you can relax under the large umbrella at the front of the house where you can enjoy an ocean view. For your entertainment there’s a Hisense Smart TV with Foxtel connected. There’s also a range of games, books and DVD’s.
The yard is fully fenced, where your pets can enjoy the flat lawn or explore the small natural bush area at the back of the house. Pets are allowed inside but we ask that they be kept off the lounge and beds. Stumer’s Creek is a popular local off leash beach where they can swim in either the still water or surf. The off leash area extends for 1km either side of the creek.
Billy’s is a peaceful destination for all to enjoy with access to all amenities.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was provided that we could want. The beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms spacious. Our furry friend loved discovering new things in the spacious yard. Situated in a quiet part of town yet close to all amenities. It is very easy to recommend.

Myself and my dog Honey really enjoyed my stay at Billy's Beach Retreat!The property was in a great location. Quiet area, easy to get to, with of street parking and a nice view of the coast There was easy walking access to a lookout area for a beautiful sunset over the beach. Its only a short walk away from many very nice dog friendly cafes, beach areas, parks and coastal board walks.The whole property was very well kept, clean spacious and comfy. Every small detail and any thing to make the stay more comfortable was thought of. Everything you would need and more was there.The back yard was fully fenced with good shaded and grass area as well as a nice landscaped area with a large variety of plants to add to the peaceful and natural feel of the property. Was great for Honey to explore and smell.The hosts Ken & Desley were amazing! They had great communication, responding to any question quickly. They were always friendly and accommodating.I would highly recommend Billy's Beach Retreat, for anyone looking for a nice time away with their family and furry friends Look forward to staying there again soon

Short stay but sweet

A cozy, neat & well kept house. Last time we were here was 6 years ago & it was just as lovely to stay at this time. Weather wasn’t as kind to us this time but we still had such a great time! Will be keen to return in the future again.

The house was very clean and tidy and well stocked. The only issue we had was the aircon not not work properly but it did not trouble us because it was not too hot. I can thoroughly recommend the house.

Great holiday accommodation in great location

Location of the house at the top of the hill with an ocean view and very private is pretty amazing. Walking distance to the beach and main street with eateries. Off street parking can be a little challenging for exiting, as driveway is on a hill and around a corner without much space to turn the car around in the yard, so need to be careful when backing out of the driveway into the street. Good lay-out of the house and well appointed kitchen, with a huge cupboard full of games to keep you occupied during bad weather. Good size yard for the furry friends too, with outdoor seating for alfresco meals.

Another great stay

This is the second stay of ours, the first as a couple with a new puppy and now this time with our daughter and of course our dog again. Love Billy's Beach Retreat

Our 3rd stay at this fabulous property for our Queensland summer holiday, would never stay anywhere else. Location is perfect to Coolum, Noosa, surrounding beaches, the Hinterland and the numerous local cafes and restaurants. The house is sparkling clean and comfortable and surrounding lush gardens can be seen through every window giving a real tropical vibe to the place. Des & Ken are so easy to communicate with and very friendly. Thank you for another wonderful stay we will certainly be back!

Great spot for family beach getaway with doggo

We stayed for 3 nights, including New Years Eve. 2 adults, 13yo, and puppy. Place located up on the hill from Wilkinson Park. Fairly secluded. Just a bit far to walk to patrolled beaches, but 2mins in the car. Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Air conditioned. Full kitchen, with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, over and cooktop. Plenty of cutlery and crockery provided. Beds very comfortable. Biggest issue was no air con in bedrooms, pedestal fans provided, but still quite warm this time of year. Big bathroom with great shower, separate toilet. Washer/dryer. Wifi, Smart TV with Netflix, etc. Big covered outdoor patio with table and chairs. BBQ and fire pit out the back. Fully fenced and nice grassy area for doggo. Check out process smooth and excellent communication with hosts. Would stay again.

A lovely place to stay for our first family holiday. The humans and fur babies felt instantly at home and relaxed. Very well stocked and well maintained holiday home. Beautiful location near the beach and centre of town. Gorgeous rainforest gardens surrounding the house. Kind hosts.

Relaxing getaway at Billy’s Beach House

This is a little gem at Coolum. A real home away from home with everything you need for a relaxing stay with your fur babies. A short walk to a beautiful beach literally down the street and walking distance to the surf club and great restaurants. The hosts are fantastic, easy check in process and very responsive. We had another delightful stay at your beautiful home! The space was immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
