This little Gem Duplex is a pet friendly and family friendly fully fenced property.
Private and secure for your enjoyment. Only a short scroll to the main beach, cafe and restaurants. You won’t need a car!

A living space with a well equipped kitchen, a large 3-4 seater couch with smart tv and a lovely outdoor seating/dining area to enjoy a relaxing stay on the heart of Sunshine Beach.

Catered for couples, small families and furry friends, the unit is professionally cleaned every single time with pet treatments to make sure anyone can enjoy the place without bad surprises.

The Neighborhood:
Lovely neighbourhood, one of the best in Australia. You’ll see a selection of fancy houses and original Queensland beach shacks, a surfers community and a high end population mix which makes everyone the same. A friendly community of local shops owners and cafe staff, always happy to help!

Getting Around:
The duplex townhouse is located right in the middle of Sunshine Beach village. Only 200m to the first cafe, shops and restaurants. The popular family friendly Surf club is only around the corner and the main beach is conveniently located next to it!
Car park is located in the driveway of the property, 2 spaces are provided for your convenience.

Interaction with Guests:
We normally give our guests the freedom to check in any time after 3pm by offering remote check in. However we can be there welcoming you in person if requested.
