An older property so not as flashy as some on the coast but spacious, comfortable and clean. We chose this property for its location and it did not disappoint. I would stay here again.
Wonderful location right on kings beach, great views from the enclosed balcony. However some issues that really let it down. Cockroaches found every night in the bathroom (adults and babies). All mattresses were very stained - suggest they need to be replaced and purchase waterproof mattress protectors to keep them in good condition (easy to find in Kmart/BigW etc). Mattress protectors supplied were useless thin cotton, no wonder the mattresses were so filthy. Unit needs a thorough deep clean, very dusty, a lot of dirt along the edges of the floors (obviously not cleaned with vacuum attachments or mopped to the edges). All doors and fans were very dirty. We cleaned the fan in the bedroom so that we could use it. Bathroom floor still sandy underfoot. The vacuum cleaner supplied had very poor suction so if this is the vacuum cleaner used between bookings it would be very difficult to clean floors thoroughly (the tiles have very deep grout where sand/dirt collects). Many of the cups/plates etc had to be soaked and rewashed.
