Showers had mould in it. Rubbish under our bed. Glasses in our room were dirty. Pool was full of leaves. Tavern still had dinner plates, glasses and bottles outside when leaving sunday morning. Cheap motel. Not worth it though.

Room did not look cleaned at all, could see water marks all over bathroom floor and more from like drips rather than mopping. Smelt musty. Sewerage problem which made having a shower unbearable due to the stench, mould throughout the bathroom plus the shower head needs replacing as leaks out the bottom of the shower head casuing terrible pressure and serious midge problem not sure how they were getting in with the room locked up. The pictures on wotif website were very deceiving to what we found when walking into the room, two light's wouldn't even work obviuosly blown bulbs... not sure if we just got a crap last minute room or if they are all like that.... maybe organise a mould treatment amd a pest spray. Really disappointed with the room for the money we spent... Check in service was amazing very nice lady!!

Stayed for four days and nights So it was very good room serviced every day all staff very friendly and helpful Will be returning often and would recommend to anybody to stay

The room was not well maintained, mould in bathroom on roof , curtains broken, fridge did not seal .

The room we were in was damp. Not sure if it was due to the air conditioner but the sheets felt damp, the surfaces i touched felt damp, the ceiling in the bathroom was "sweating" and dripping slightly. There was no wipes to clean table if needed and had to just use the toilet paper provided. Floor was not clean and no broom available to sweep. The receptionist was at least the nice thing about the place. Bistro was okay too.

Pretty poor check in, we arrived just after 2pm there was no one on reception had to ring twice then wait in the bar area for staff to check in. Dining area is great, food and staff were lovely. The cleanliness was poor, tap in shower fell off, balcony has never been cleaned. Hand towel was dirty. After coming back from dinner there were ants all over the bin all along the top of the ceiling. The doorknob was loose. The pub is the best part.
