About this property
Hastings Park 4: Modern, Ocean View Retreat
At this exclusive Noosa Heads apartment, the pace of life unfolds a little differently than the routines of everyday life. Alarm clocks give way to the warmth of morning sunshine, noisy traffic jams are replaced by the chitter of birdsong and lush natural environs fill the skyline in place of suburbia and concrete jungles. It’s a slice of paradise that skips the urban hustle and bustle to seamlessly link bush and beach in surrounds so beautiful you’ll never want to leave – no matter how short or long your stay.
Incorporating a split-level design, the three-bedroom apartment makes its home at one end of vibrant Hastings St, with its position nestled on a hill providing the ultimate vantage point. And the spectacular coastal panorama on show is matched by a sense of chic and charm inside.
At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that uses warming timber and shades of green to pick out and reflect the forest canopy visible through expansive banks of glass. The large kitchen is an invitation for home chefs to turn seasonal produce into simple or sophisticated fare, while a zoned TV area is a great place for families or groups of friends to relax around the small screen.
Neutral shades and vibrant white dominate the design palette, encouraging the eye to flow through to multiple north-facing balconies, with varied forms and functions. Past the alfresco barbecue zone with Weber Q, stairs lead up to the relaxation hub, furnished for outdoor entertaining or a lazy day in the shade on a sunlounger. Upstairs, a table and chairs accessed via the master bedroom offer a further perspective on life as it plays out below, right down to the action between the flags on Main Beach. Hear the chatter, feel the breezes and plan to join the excited throngs.
With warm weather in easy supply, the Noosa lifestyle that’s envied worldwide unfolds in close proximity. The retailing and restaurants of Hastings St are second to none and lie just a short stroll away. Fill your arms with bespoke shopping finds knowing you won’t have to carry them far or dine in to indulge yourself with the freshest five-star cuisine.
Mere metres away, the golden sands of Noosa’s Main Beach give way to crystal clear waters that beg you to come on in, whether your tastes run to an easy swim or a session on a surfboard. Nearby Noosa National Park offers equal appeal to those whose favourite holiday accessories include a pair of walking shoes and a camera.
Back home, a heated complex pool is a year-round delight, while ocean breezes and that magnificent panorama showcasing Mother Nature in every direction add to a sense of retreat created by spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s a clear invitation to not only visit paradise, but to take full advantage of its languid and lifestyle delights – no matter how long or short your stay.
