A large off leash dog park 2 mins from the front door is popular with holiday makers, as is the off leash surfing beach. Other popular beaches such as Moffat Beach and Kings Beach are close by and are perfect places to explore and relax. There's a wonderful walking/cycling track from Dicky Beach through to Currimundi which provides another safe and sheltered location for a calm water swim or a lazy afternoon eating ice-cream.

Sleeping up to 8 people, this two-story house boasts ample space and open living areas perfect for families and friends to enjoy. There's no shortage of room for entertaining with an expansive outdoor deck upstairs for dining or relaxing, plus a Bbq and sitting area downstairs to cook up a meal while watching the kids splash in the pool. Of course, the little ones love the awesome cubby house, guaranteed to keep them entertained for hours. There are books to read and a variety of board games available to play when relaxing.

Other features of the house include a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, coffee machine, full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, large screen TVs both upstairs and downstairs, full laundry facilities, separate ensuite attached to the master bedroom downstairs and an extra shower and toilet in the laundry to rinse off after a beach outing.
