The apartment is good, getting a little old and could do with a bit of a refresh, but it is big and in a great location, just steps from the beach and the wharf. Only air-con in the master bedroom, but open the doors and ceiling fans on and it is good. Pool is great as it is heated. Car parks are a tight squeeze.
