This townhouse has a family room, kitchen and tv area downstairs with a bathroom.
upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a study area with sofa bed, please note if 2 beds are required there is an extra charge of $40 and a large modern bathroom.
outside on the patio is a webba BBQ with a table and chairs, extra chairs to relax in or have a morning coffee in.
Quest access to the townhouse is by a key safe with code sent once booking is confirmed.

This biggest issue was the internet which was not consistent even after someone came and rebooted the modem. This affected our ability to enjoy a movie in the evening or catch up with clients and friends on email or social media. The unit was listed as having a sofa bed in the second bedroom, which by the way it did not have an air conditioner. Nor did we see a sofa bed. While it said there was no lift, it never said it was a two story. I thought that meant the unit was on the second story of the complex.

Vicki was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. The unit itself is quite eclectic with lots of unique decor. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need not to mention several coffee machines. Unfortunately the pool is not a close as we'd hoped - we didn't go looking for it. The gardens are beautiful.
